Who ever is the parts dept needs to get customer service classes. He acts like your not even at the counter. Please get someone who will help your customers, instead of pissing them off. Your company is 5 star ,awsome other than him.. just saying.

I have purchased 2 trucks from Chuck Reed at Kriete in De Pere and both times were a great experience. Financed the most recent purchase and the dealer provided a better option through Volvo Financial than I could secure with 3rd party lenders on my own. Highly recommend the Kriete group and Chuck as a salesman in particular. No unnecessary added pressure, great communication, great product knowledge, titles shipped promptly with a tracking number, reasonable trade-in value, absolutely no complaints from me. I will definitely be back for my next truck!

I'm not going to get into the whole experience I had with this dealership and their service center. But I will say that if you were / are considering the purchase of a HINO truck, I would strongly advise against it. HINO is a good truck, but unfortunately, Kriete Truck Center is the only HINO dealership in northeast Wisconsin and they are very unprofessional.

I am an owner-op with one older truck. I have been going here exclusively for the past two years. I am treated like I have a fleet of 50. The service department is second to none. Erich and the crew have gone above and beyond! The service technicians are very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Definitely going to buy my next truck through Kriete! Also the parts department has been top notch. Especially Craig on the late shift. I needed parts just before closing and they came through! Thanks all!

Buy a used truck can be very nerve-racking. And I suggest if you’re buying a Mack truck to get it from this dealership, my experience Chuck Reed he was very knowledgeable, helpful and worked with me for a few weeks to find the right truck at the right price. I flew out from California and everything The Man said the truck was it was! Nothing was sugarcoated or marked up. I’m very happy with my experience thank you Chuck for everything
